Dabble Friday – Bon Appetit!

What’s on the menu?

Purple Lotus School has included a few new exciting classes and programs to our After-School Program, one of which is called “Dabble Fridays.” Every Friday, students will be able to take different classes and try new things as a way to explore interests and gain insight and skills into various occupations and activities. This past “Dabble Friday” included a cooking class; the students learned how to make:(1) Bruschetta
(2) Spinach and goat cheese tartlets
(3) Chip chicken lollipops

…and the finale, bacon corn chowder! Bon Appetit! PLS chefs-in-training! Bravo!
